The Iron maiden

By the way, the machine itself could have a different name maybe "casket of eternal damnation". But with the countess in it, they are both called the iron maiden.

Once was the concubine of her own desires, and now nothing but a cursed servant to the unholy god. Countess Bathory had always sought eternal youth and made no price too great no sacrifice too severe. Making a deal with the wrong folk is a rich man's game and habit, yet the countess made a grave mistake by attempting to contact the unholy god himself, who in all simplicity twisted her words and made her a creature of eternal suffering, yet a dreadnought of unmatched unholy might. As the suffering persevered, the the iron maiden's torture had come into an unholy creation, creating hatred at the form of an ever burning child, another impaled and bound in body and eternal pain, and the last was despair, mummified in filth and surrounded by flies. Within the countess's torture and the newly found pleasure in causing havoc, the unholy god can only smile at his little creation.
